Housing Matters for Iowa’s Economy – a symposium

Polk County Housing Trust’s third annual housing symposium will focus on the critical role of affordable housing in our region’s economic development. East Village Tour of New Projects

Building Health Corridors: Strategies for Transforming Urban and Suburban Arterials into Thriving Places- Simulcast

Outdated and automobile-oriented commercial corridors exist in nearly every community across the United States, creating adverse health and safety conditions for the people who live, work, and travel on these streets. Over a two-year period, the ULI Healthy Corridors project investigated best practices to reinvent these under-performing corridors in health-promoting ways.
